ATHLETES FORMS

There are a number of waivers and other forms that need to be completed and signed by parents and rowers as part of training and competing with the NCS and STA crew teams. These can be signed online during your registration process. Below are key forms and policies for your review.

USRowing Waiver

This waiver must be signed once a year is good for all regattas including Stotesbury and the SRAA (Nationals) regattas. Go to www.usrowing.org, click Join and Renew, and follow the instructions to join or renew as an individual. When you receive your confirmation email from USRowing, please forward it to cathedralcrewteams@gmail.com so CCCRC will have a record of your waiver.
